Key Academy is a voluntary training program designed for all Key employees, with a focus on supporting the growth and development of our hourly team members. Class topics this year included:- Plan Reading & Layout Basics- Basics of Shooting Grade. We hope to continue offering this for our employees who wish to grow in their careers at Key Constructors!
